SUMMARY:4th Into the Darkness Night Trail Run
DESCRIPTION:This is one of the Roanoke Valley’s most unique events. 
 The course will take you through miles of IMBA designed trails. The co
 urse consists of twisty rolling single track. These trails will be mar
 ked with reflective arrows, glow sticks, and the occasional surprise. 
 Every effort will be taken so that you will easily be able to find you
 r way and stay on course.\n\nA light source is mandatory; it is recomm
 ended that you have at least a headlamp or flashlight. Some runners fi
 nd that it is best for them to carry one of each. We will leave this u
 p to your personal preference. It is recommended that you try your cho
 ice of light source, under similar conditions, prior to running the ra
 ce.\n\nPLEASE NOTE—Headlamps, flashlights, and any other light sourc
 e will not be provided by race management.\n\n10 Age Groups include, f
 or both male and female: 19 and under; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-
 44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60 and over\n\nThe top 3 overall male and fem
 ale finishers for each race will receive distinctive awards and the to
 p three finishers in each age group will receive an award recognizing 
 their achievement.\n\nRace Entry\n$20 pre-registration on or before Oc
