This trail run is on the Willis River Trail at Bear Creek Lake State Park in Cumberland, Virginia (about 45 minutes from Richmond). It is a five-mile, out and back trail, passing through the Piedmont Hills of Cumberland State Forest and Bear Creek Lake State Park. The run is 95% trail and about 5% dirt road. There are not any significant elevation changes but the trail crosses five creeks and has numerous short hills.
This is a Richmond Road Runners Club Grand Prix Race.
Registration has reached capacity.
Entry fees are non-refundable and entries are non-transferable, no exceptions. Once we receive and process your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate.
Timing
The race will be computer timed by the Richmond Road Runners Club. Results will be posted after the race.
Prizes/Awards
T-shirts to all runners. The top three overall male and female finishers will receive prizes/awards. Random prizes complements of Runner Bill's Sports.
Packet Pick-Up
Packet pick-up on race day or pre-race on Saturday, 12/3 at Runner Bill's from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
