Event Description
Cross-country start/Track finish, individual distance medley (400, 800, 1200 & 1600 meters). Finishers will receive points for their finish place in each distance. Lowest combined points wins. All proceeds benefit the Richmond Animal League. Race is Sunday, July 12th at 5:00pm at Midlothian Middle School in Midlothian, VA. Registration forms are available at RunnerBill's Sports or RAL and online registration is at www.active.com. There will be an after-party hosted by Capital Ale House in Midlothian.
