DESCRIPTION:Volunteers Needed\nJoin RRRC for the Capitol 10M presented
  by Commonwealth Sports Medicine. The race will serve as the RRCA East
 ern Regional 10-mile championship. The race features chip timing and a
 wards three-deep in five-year age groups.\nThe race will also feature 
 two other runs: the Special Olympics Virginia Mile, presented by Steve
  Walls & Associates, PLLC and the Kids Mile, presented by Primrose Sch
 ool, Midlothian. Learn more about these races.\n \nTraining Program\n
 Train for the 10M with Commonwealth Sports Medicine beginning 8/20 at 
 the Innsbrook office. Email slaforce@commonwealthsportsmedicine.com 
  to register. There is no fee; you must be able to run 5 miles. When 
 you register, provide your projected time for the 10M. Call 804-270-7
 750 with questions. Runs will be Saturdays at 8 a.m. Coaches and med
 ical care at every workout.\n \n\n \nRegistrationAll pre-race regist
 rations must be completed online by 11:59 p.m. on 9/28 - no mail-in ap
 plications.\nIf there is room there will be registration available at 
 packet pick-up (9/29 & 9/30 only)  prior to race day. Race logo wear
  is not guaranteed for registrations at packet pick-up. There will be
  day of race registration for the 10M. 10M registration is limited to
