In its seventh year, it is again being held at the Cary Court Shopping Center. The course is relatively flat and features scenic Cary Street and Grove Avenue. This is one of RRRC’s largest signature events. It is also a Grand Prix  race.  The course record holders are Charlie Hurt (2010) in 31:35 a nd Maria Elena Calle (2009) in 34:29.\nClick here to see Kale Running RACE RESULTS\nClick here to see RACE RESULTS\n \n \nFree Kids Run\nT here will be a FREE informal kids run at 7:30am on Cary Street. Childr en must be registered to participate.\nThe CourseThe course starts and ends at Cary Court in Carytown and is run mostly on Cary Street and G rove Avenue. The course is flat and USA Track and Field certified. The re will be mile markers at each mile. Entry FeesThe fee for the race i s $20 for RRRC members and $25 for non-members who register before Ma y 1st. On May 1st, the price is $30 for everyone. There will be no da y of race registration. However registration will be available at pack et pickup Friday and Saturday. Entry Rules and ConfirmationEntry fees are non-refundable and entries are non-transferable, no exceptions. D o not mail entry forms after May 1. Instead sign-up online though 11:5 9 pm on May 11. The race is limited to the first 2000 participants. Re gistration will be closed when capacity is reached. No Race Day Regist ration!Race Timing and ResultsThe race will be chip timed by Kale Runn ing using disposable chips. Results will be posted after completion of the race and online at www.rrrc.org.T-ShirtsT- shirts are guaranteed to all runners who register on or before May 1st. However, they must be picked up during packet pickup or on race day. None will be mailed .Water and RefreshmentsWater will be available at about 2 and 4.5 mile s and at the finish line. Refreshments will be available at Cary Court after the race.AwardsThe awards presentation will start at 9:30 at Ca ry Court. The top three males and females will receive running shoes c ompliments of the Road Runner Running Store. First male and female Mas ters, Clydesdales and Athenas will receive gift certificates. The firs t place male and female in each 5-year age group will receive a commem orative award.  Second and third will receive a ribbon.Packet Pick-u pRace packets may be picked up on Friday 5/13 from 2 to 5:30pm and on Saturday, 5/14 from 10am to 4pm at the Road Runner Running Store at 3 002 West Cary Street. You may pick up a packet for another runner prov ided you have a copy of their photo ID or email race confirmation.
