 he Tri To Help indoor triathlon is based on time: 10-min swim, 30-min 
 bike, and 20-min run. Performance is measured by total distance covere
 d in the time allowed.\n\nAll proceeds raised at this event will benef
 it the Johns Hopkins Pediatric Epilepsy Center. Participants include m
 others, fathers, sons, daughters, athletes and non-athletes, all of wh
 om want to get involved in raising awareness and finding a cure for ep
 ilepsy.\n\nA $100 award will be given to the top fund-raiser.\n\nThe l
