Event Description
If anyone is looking for an all inclusive trail running group, come on out every Thursday eve! We have a range of abilities, men and women, so don't worry about your pace, because you're never too far away from a "buddy".
I will update the run on the message board each week, including route, distances and other notes. Please be prompt, we leave between 6 and 6:10 pm. BE SURE TO BRING A LIGHT TOO! Due to safety, no light, no run, its just too dangerous. We also ask that you not wear an IPOD so you can listen for trouble.
