DESCRIPTION:TAKE NOTE: New Location!\nThis is the Frostbite 15K’s 28
 th anniversary year. We have an indoor facility at Clark Springs Eleme
 ntary School which is at the 9 mile mark on the course.\nExcept for th
 e start/finish line, the course is the same as in past years.\nRegistr
 ationRegistration is limited to 800 and is available only online. \nO
 nline registration closes 11:59 p.m., Wednesday, January 18.  THERE 
 IS NO WALKUP REGISTRATION!There will be no on-site registration. The f
 ee is $35 for RRRC members and $45 for non-members. Entries are non-re
 fundable and non-transferable.View participants already registered or 
 to verify your registrationCourse\nThe course is out and back beginnin
 g and ending at Clark Springs Elementary School. The start/finish lin
 e is at 1101 Dance Street. Then goes north on Dobson Street, left on 
 Idlewood and then left onto Harrison to Colorado, through the neighbor
 hood next to Maymont and into Byrd Park. Much of the course is flat, 
 but there are a few testy hills.\nFrostbite 2012 Route for a map of 
 the new 15k Route. Please note: the return course continues to Idlewoo
 d to Dobson and then Dance. We are working on a new map.\n \nChip Tim
 ing\nThis will be a chip-timed race.\nGrand Prix RaceThis is a Richmon
 d Road Runners Club Grand Prix Race.Packet Pick-UpPackets may be picke
 d up on Saturday, January 21 at the Mary Munford School located locate
 d between Cary and Grove on Westmoreland Street from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  - and on race day starting at 7:30 a.m. at the Clark Springs Elementa
 ry Gymnasium.Awards\nThere will be gift certificates to the top three 
 males and females as well as medals for the first three people in the
  standard RRRC age groups.T-ShirtsT-shirts are guaranteed to all runne
 rs who register by January 10. Shirts must be picked up during packet 
 pickup or on race day. None will be mailed.Race TimingThe race will be
  chip timed by Kale Running. You will receive a race results email. Re
 sults will be posted after completion of the race online at www.rrrc.o
 rg.Random PrizesRandom prizes will be presented after the race while t
 he results are being tabulated.RefreshmentsWill be available after the
