Join us for an important event on the grounds of the Historic Northfield Plantation in Cumberland Va to benefit Northfield Home, a residential treatment facility for young women struggling with eating disorder, self harm, depression, and unplanned pregnancy.
The course encompasses the beautiful grounds of this magnificent and historic property and the race will be used in making a difference for such an important cause as helping young women at a critical juncture in their lives.
All runners will receive a custom designed technical race shirt (one that will be worn rather than stuffed in a drawer with all your other race shirts). Runners will also given a free token for a world famous Virginia BBQ Lunch prepatred on the grounds after the race.
Be a part of something special by running (or walking) in our second annual "Race to Break Free". It will be 3.1 miles of scenic beauty for a fantastic cause. There will be live music, family activities, tours of the beautiful Northfield Plantation and special guests on hand. The race site is just 30 minutes west of Midlothian
Join us for this great race for a great cause.
