Did you know that a yoga class can offer runner's mulitiple opportunities to improve strength, flexibility, focus, increase physical and mental endurance and balance. Yes a yoga class incorporates lunges and squats to open the hips, core work to strengthen the abs, forward bends to stretch the hamstrings, breathwork and so much more.
Come join me for a Intro or Saturday Morning Yoga class and experience these benefits yourself.
Where: Solid Ground Yoga in Midlothian
When: Intro 8:30 am (great for beginners)
Saturday Morning Yoga 9:45 am (this class is much more vigourous and flows through poses at a quicker pace)
Cost: $40 unlimited yoga classes for one month
or $15 drop in
