Event Description
S.T.A.R. Cross Country Camp
This is a camp for middle/high school runners. We limit the camp to 80 runners so they each receive one on one attention. Staff includes NCAA Div 1 Coach of the Year, college athletes, All-American, and more.
STAR stands for Smart Training And Racing. We do not believe in "hell week". Runners will learn how to train and race SMART! They will leave camp with the skills to enter the season in their best shape ever.
