Event Description
A 5K Run to benefit Stephen Phelps, a resident of Chesterfield County who broke his neck in August and is paralyzed from the chest down. The 5K Run on Saturday, November 21st will raise money for his care. All proceeds will go to the HDS Fund, which is a 501c3 charitable organization and tax deductible. The funds collected from the 5K Run will go towards the cost of renovating Stephen's parent's home to care for him.
