Supporting running in the metro Richmond area
Race Time Limit is 2 hours.
This Richmond Road RunnersClub (RRRC) race is run every Thanksgiving morning from the University of Richmond. The race is a perennial favorite and sells out at its limit of 1600 participants. There is a free kids run at 8:30. All children must register to run and is limited to 200 kids.

The course loops around the campus of the University of Richmond. The course is hilly and challenging. The race course is mostly on streets but there is about 1/2 mile on a trail by the lake. Course records are 31:18 by Silas Frantz in 2015 (men) and 36:44 by Rena Chesser in 2011 (women).
All 10K runners will receive a t-shirt. $75, $50, and $35 gift certificates to the first, second and third place male and female. $50 to the top masters male and female.
Race Timing and Results
The race will be computer timed by Mettle Events. Results will be posted after completion of the race on Mettle and RRRC websites.

Kid's race 200 limit
Entry fees are non-refundable and entries are non-transferable, no exceptions.
Race packets may be picked up on Wednesday, November 23 from 4-6:30 pm at the University of Richmond Tyler Haynes Commons student center (next to the lake). Packet pick-up on the day of the race will open at 7:30 a.m.
Parking is available at the Robins Center on College Road.
Race photos will be provided by Total Photography.
Water stops will be at about every 2 miles. Refreshments will be available after each race.
Bring Food to the Race
We will be collecting peanut butter and cans of tuna for the Central Virginia Food Bank at packet pick up and at the race. Please bring some to help those less fortunate.
This is a road race conducted under the rules of USATF and RRCA. In consideration of the safety of all participants, I agree not to use any of the following while participating in this event: baby joggers, baby strollers, headphones, animals on leash, skateboards, inline or roller skates, or bicycles.
