Yoga benefits runners in so many ways!
Wednesdays at 9:30 or Thursdays at 5:45
5 sequential weeks of an introduction to the practice of Vinyasa Yoga. During the duration of this course you will gain a solid foundation for understanding and exploring the fundamentals of yoga. This small class will allow the instructor to give hands-on instruction and the class is slower paced and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in basic poses. We also will be discussing topics to include breathing and an introduction to the history and philosophy of yoga. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.
Pre-registration is required and includes 5 weekly sessions. Student registration is capped at 5 students for personalized attention to each student. Recommended for those who have never practiced yoga before and for beginners who would like to build personal precision in their practice.
