There is a nice article in the Times Dispatch this morning on the Pony Pasture 5K. The race is already over half full. Reasons to sign up:
Beautiful course along the James River
Flat and fast course

All proceeds go to the RRRC College Scholarship Fund

2009 Scholarships will be awarded after the race

Another reason: Carry on the spirit of Dr. Peter Still. Thanks for creating this event in his memory and to benefit the RRRC scholarship fund.
