Supporting running in the metro Richmond area

I'm doing the FIRST training plan for the Shamrock 1/2 and am looking for a place to do the interval portions of the plan (400s, 800s, etc). I've seen a few other discussions where St Christopher's was brought up but no mention on if the track is lit. I usually get off of work around 5:30-6 so its going to be dark between now and March.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the help!

I think some club members do intervals at the Sportsbackers track, but really don'tknow much about it or to whom/how accessible the track is. Anybody else know??
The Sportsbacker's track is locked
The Advanced 10K Team used the track under a contract with VCU
The St. Chris track isn't totally lit, but there are enough lights from the school to see where you are going. I've run on the track @ night & have been fine. Just remember, if you hit the fence, you need to turn left...
Thanks for the tip, I think I'd rather run outdoors on a dark track than indoors on a treadmill anyways!
