Supporting running in the metro Richmond area

I don't know if it was that beautiful continuous cool breeze all night or if the magical leaf painting fairy was hard at work,
but this morning--Wow!
Breathtakingly gorgeous vivid colors in the trees=Happiness Runs! :)
The clean, windy air and crunchy leaves on the ground add to that extra special fall running for sure!

Did anybody see the double rainbow early this evening! Incredible! Nature's miracle and magic, sign of good and wonderful to come for all!
I think you took too many Tylenol PM's.......
Joe,
You are hilarious and funny!! And I am laughing aloud what you wrote!
However, I am an all 100% natural nature girl though! And it took my breath away to see that glorious vision in the sky after the rainfall yesterday!
I know you may have felt this if you were on the Pocahontas trails this morning--that incredible magic of life with the cold breeze filling your lungs and the smell of pine permeating throughout the woods ( I didn't run Pocahontas this a.m., but did 3 miles through the forest they're cutting down behind me.)
And it was happiness for the soul, a feeling of glorious celebration of aliveness and the miracles of nature in the serenity of early a.m.!
The rainbow was beautiful, Tommy and I saw it and do agree there is something magical about them. Just like you Eileen!
Karen,
You are magic and wonderful!! And I am so happy you saw this! Wasn't it incredible!!
I couldn't believe the double arcs---so full and the color incredibly vivid!
Karen, you and Tommy are such a loving, marvelous couple--inspirational in all you do--in your amazing running, your extraordinary talents, and your deep love for each other!
And congrats on Correspondent of the Day in the T-D this morning! Awesome!
May all fantastic and wonderful continue to and always flow your way!!
Karen,
Sending you lots of love and magic wishes your way!
I didn't see a double rainbow, but saw a single one on I-64 near C-ville Sat afternoon. Gorgeous colors in it.
Lisa,
Beautiful friend, you are like the gorgeous rainbow and happiness in this world!
You make fellow runners smile and joyful from your wonderful humor and marvelous, kind person you are! You're a jewel in this world!
You are just like the rainbow-beautiful and magical:)
Eileen,
I didn't see any rainbows last night but I ran 5 hours this morning on the Willis River Trail (Bear Creek & Swinging Bridge Runs) and the Autumn colors were amazing. I ran the first 40 minutes in the dark on the trail with a headlamp and startled 6 deer who froze beautifully in the light from my headlamp. The trail is in good condition. Five hours and as usual I didn't see another human but plenty of wildlife with the colorful backdrop.
Kevin,
I literally have goosebumps on my arms of joy for you reading about your beautiful and incredible run! This is true serenity and happiness on the lovely Willis River Trail where you truly can't help but feel awe by the magnificence of nature surrounding you. These are the kinds of magical runs that stay etched in the soul and mind and imprint happiness in the heart and spirit.
Kevin, you do such an outstanding, topnotch, and stellar job organizing your truly marvelous Swinging Bridge and Bear Creek trail runs. To run these are to experience life to the fullest, to feel zest and delight for adventure and aliveness!
Autumn Magic, Yankees in the World Series!
Let's go Yankees!
