Wednesday Night Detention Run: 6pm Westmoreland/Grove. 6 miles. It's going to be a little chilly but come on out and join this fun run!! Wolfie will be out of town but Keith and Rod will be there to lead the way! Hopefully I'll be back out with you all next week!
Detention Run: Keith, Rod, Bob, Edwin, and I had a nice run on a nice night. A few minutes after we finished, Fast Sarah showed up. She had arrived late, but had the route, so she tried to catch us.
Anyone thinking of buying a RoadID? I received a $5 gift card good for anything they sell. It doesn't say it's non-transferable. Let me know if you want the code.
IG to meet 7AM on Sat.
See Max at the start.
BIG turnout this morning. Brad, JD, Stephanie, Karen, and newbie Kelly did 5 miles. Second group of Rosie, DeLacy, Katie, Anne, Dennis George and Max did 9 miles more or less depending whose watch you went by.
Good run everyone, see you all next week
Enjoyed seeing everyone this morning. Great day to run. Thanks for setting the pace.
Sorry for missing Cristina back with us and newbie, Kitty.
Cooler at the usual place but PC and I won't be running Saturday.
Mike and Susie, thanks so much for doing this, it's pretty great of you!
We're sticking to our schedule of running every other day. With the Holidays it just happens to be our day off. Have fun!
Thanks again for the cooler. It was hot out there this morning!
Libby Loop Report: Fast Fred and Edwin led the way, with Fast Sarah, Smarty Jones, Newbie Matt the Electrician, training for the Nashville Marathon in April, Greg (10 Miles) Run Happy (who kept running to UR after the cooler stop) Lucky with Brian on a leash, and let's see... who am I forgetting? Me... PC and 2.0 were in a Civic cheering us on Grove. Thanks for the cooler! Mikey (6 miles) and Jerzee Sara (3) greeted all at the Vita Course on return.
Did I forget anyone? Next week is the first of many Advance 10K Saturday runs for several of us, but we will be back after Monument! Cheers all!
