Permalink Reply by Bert Waters on November 16, 2011 at 8:58pm Smart move Sara! Best to take care of those nagging injuries before they get worse. We will miss you on the roads in the immediate future, but you will be back, stronger than ever!
Permalink Reply by Hamme on November 17, 2011 at 8:37am The Detention Run without Sara is just not the same. Even the sky was crying when Keith was leading the pack on a nice route, mostly on Monument and Patterson Avenue. Also part of the group were Karen, fast Sarah, Bob and Bruno.

Some of us from the IG will be doing the Mini-Libbie Loop this Sat at 0700, then going to the Donut run www.donutrun.org for a fun 5 K. (did someone say donuts?????) The race is at 11 AM and will begin and end at Clover hill high school 13301 Kelly Green Lane, Midlothian, VA 23112.

BPG well represented at the Donut run with Jen, DeLacy, Katie, Dennis, George, JD, Lee and Max.
None for me - but it was fun and they did a good job putting this on.
Permalink Reply by Mad Max on November 19, 2011 at 10:29pm Just Munchkins on the course.
Like JD said, this was a fun run.

Permalink Reply by Karen M on November 18, 2011 at 5:00pm Bert and I are both unable to run on Sunday, so unless someone else wants to lead the Sunday run, it will be canceled.
Sorry to miss the run this morning. I was up until 1:30am prepping for Courtney Anne's birthday party this afternoon so I could not make it as I had hoped to. I know there is no scheduled run tomorrow but if anyone plans to run in the afternoon (after 2) let me know as I hope to get a run in then. See you all soon-Anne
