The snow was melted and it turned out to be a good night for a hill workout. DeLacy (back from injury rest), George (back from NC), Katy (back from Fredricksburg), Brad (back for the next episode of Biggest Loser), and me. We heard Seal Team working out as we were leaving, I'm sure John was getting a good workout.

Wednesday Night Detention Run: 6pm Westmoreland/Grove. 6 miles or more if you want to add on. It's going to be great running weather, so take advantage and come out for this run!! All are invited. We have a variety of paces.

Great super fast run today in the NORTHS-IDE and back to the HIS-OUSE. Thanks to Wolfie and Sara for going back to last to run today. You both are awesome! God bless!

Detention Run Report: Anyone who didn't get out to enjoy a run tonight missed out on awesome weather!! We certainly had a great run. Tonight we had Wolfie, Hot Rod, Bob, Ken, Fred, Edwin, Fast Sarah, Bruno, Rosie, Brad, Julie, JD, Dawn, Jeff, George, Angela, and Jerzee Sara. Thanks everyone for coming out! The company is great!!
