I was planning 22 with Colleen in the morning, but it looks like that is in serious doubt as she is experiencing pain in her heel. If it doesn't happen I plan to do trails tomorrow. Probably do Buttermilk, Forest Hill, Buttermilk, Top 'O Belle, and Northbank if anyone is interested. Should be about 13. See you at 7am.

Yeah - the PT said for me to skip this last 20+ miler. No running for me for the next few days. Sorry Ralph - thanks for keeping me company on all these long runs. Enjoy the trails!
