I was planning 22 with Colleen in the morning, but it looks like that is in serious doubt as she is experiencing pain in her heel.  If it doesn't happen I plan to do trails tomorrow.  Probably do Buttermilk, Forest Hill, Buttermilk, Top 'O Belle, and Northbank if anyone is interested.  Should be about 13.  See you at 7am.

Yeah - the PT said for me to skip this last 20+ miler.  No running for me for the next few days.  Sorry Ralph - thanks for keeping me company on all these long runs.  Enjoy the trails!

Sat run report: Lets see, how to list them all: Wolfie, Fast Sara, Rosie, Father Christmas, Edwin, Christine, Karen, Brad, EJ, JD,  I-Fred, Dennis, George, DeLacy, Rod the Bod, Ralph, Colleen, Elaine, Mikey and Max ran Northside this AM at various distances and paces.

OK, who did I forget?

See everyone ( and hopefully some folks that are racing this weekend) next Sat.

Huguenot 3 miler.

Congrats to Woflie, 3rd overall, Jerzee Sara, 1st age group, Chern, 2nd age group, Angel 1st age group, Eileen back from injury, Rod also back from injury and sub 20.  I miss anyone?  

Thanks to all BPG volunteers: Colleen, Karen, Rosie, Swamp Thing (?), and of course the Prez, Sabria -- again, miss anyone?
