Wonderful job everyone. It wasnt my best day , but thanks to the encouraging words from each of you who passed me = ) You helped me push through the pain to get to the finishline. BPGer's Are definitely World Class stand up runners. Oh and special congrads to Thomas he definitely ate his Wheates Saturday morning.

Don't reveal my training secrets. It was Thursday lunch, so I had time to digest it all.
