April, I'm doing 16 on Sat. if you want company. Anne and I are going to do 10 - 12, probably heading down to the Omni and across Belle Isle. Then I'll tack on the extra miles to get to 16.

Heyyyy so I broke my big toe :( I can still walk on it & I jogged about 2 miles last night. I am going to take it easy on it for a week or so. I will just tape it up starting next week & see how it goes. You guys have fun this weekend!!

We missed you this morning - Anne did about 11 with me so I only had to throw in 5 more miles on my own. Hope the foot feels better.

Wednesday Night Detention Run: 6pm Westmoreland/Grove. 6 miles. Come on out and join in on the fun on this run! Mother nature has decided to make it be a gorgeous evening for my return to the run!!...that is if you enjoy running in rain and chilly temps!!But as long as it's not an awful storm I'll be out there!

Hi everyone! I met someone this past weekend who is interested in finding a Saturday running group in the Woodlake area. Do you all know of an organized running group in that area? IG meeting 0700 this Sat AM going downtown to the Omni and returning by Riverside drive.
Appx 9-10 miles of O-boy, lets do more!!!!
All are welcome even if you are not doing the full distance.
