Saturday Long Run Report: Great morning for the long run! In attendence this morning were Chicago Erin, SSD ( sporting his new vibrams),and Rod who all did 20. keith, Michael, and Sara put in 20+, while Edwin blasted through 14.

Sunday run report: Beautiful morning for a run! Jill, Jessica, Charlotte, Rock, Mikey, Bruno, Ned and I all ran 8ish miles.

Sunday ride - We had great turnout today - Gunny, Jen, JD, PC, 2.0, the Menace, Rambo and friends (can't remember their names), iFred, Angel, Lee, RR and special guest Chris (Lex Luthor?) from St Louie. I have no idea what everyone rode, but I know everyone's getting ready for the Heart of Virginia rides in 2 short weeks. An awesome morning, with cool temps starting out.
I think there's a ride in the morning. Stay tuned to the Menace network for updates.
