The sky was sapphire blue, the moon was full, and the hill was tough. Katie, DeLacy, George, and myself, did repeats of the Pump House hill and decided we might even do it again next week. Join us.

Wednesday Night Detention Run: 6pm Westmoreland/Grove. 6 miles. Come on out and join us. This is a great run to be a part of!! Includes a variety of paces and great company!

Detention Run Report: Nice turnout tonight. We had Hot Rod, Wolfie, Edwin, Ken, Rosie, Gale, Dawn, Jeff, Greg, and Jerzee Sara. Glad the rain stopped in time. Turned out to be a good night for a run. Thanks for coming out!

Sat. morning had Bruce, Fred, Chris, Nancy, John, Katie, Rosie and Max doing various distances.
Repast with Fred Menace and Max at Baker's Crust.

Long Run Report
Colleen and I hit the road early today (6 AM) to finish 17 in time for Colleen to get to her volunteer station for the Sweetheart 8k. The student has overtaken the master (as if). Today we ran 17 at a sub 10 pace. Great pace Colleen and thanks for pushing me. I have never run that far at that pace before.
April couldn't make it today, as she is sick, but we are planning to do 18-19 next Saturday morning at about a 10:30 pace if anyone is interested.
