Wednesday Night Detention Run: 6pm Westmoreland/Grove. 6 mile route. We have been having a larger turnout with a variety of paces so come on out and give our group a try!!

Hills Monday night - It was a great workout by George, Katy, Brad, and myself. At the same time we crossed paths with Seal Team training and saw Father Christmas (I've been waiting a long time to slide that into a message!) beating up on the hills with his training group. Way to go John!

Look for hills next Monday night. Check the post to see if it will be 6 or 6:30 pm

Hoo Yah Rosie. You all looked great as well. Thanks for the Father Christmas comment. See you on Saturday morning.

Detention Run Report: Nice weather + great turnout = fantastic run! Tonight we had Hot Rod, Wolfie, Bob, Ken, Matt, Karen, Rosie, Dawn, Jeff, Gale, George, JD, Julie, Greg, and Jerzee Sara. Luckily no one got hit by any cars tonight and some even were lucky enough to go shopping at Willow Lawn! ;)

Thanks everyone for coming out!!

Omni run on deck for this Sat

IG meeting 0700.

See Max at the start.

Come one, come all.

Baker's Duathlon: iFred and Jerzee Sara ran 11, joined by Edwin for 10, then transitioned at Baker's Crust with Mad Max and JD, and then iFred rode 45 and Jerzee Sara rode 25.

There was a great group going to the Omni today.  It turned out to be a perfect morning after the clouds gave way. Elaine, Mikey, Karen, Father Christmas, newbie John, Max, Dennis, Brad, Nancy, and JD, I believe did a down and back run, with Katy and I coming back after 13.  (I know I am forgetting people, help me out).  The pollen is popping out causing allergies to act up early, and it's only the beginning.

Look for a post about Monday night hills on next weeks message.
