Hills comes to BPG once again.  Meet at the Weinstein Center parking lot of U of R, 6 pm Monday night.  Bring water.

Great turn out tonight.  DeLacy, Colleen, a special appearance by a hot off a great 20 mile run - Diallo himself, and the overachievers Sara and Wolfie.  Hills are a great addition to a weekly workout.  A good group of people can make the dreaded incline as enjoyable as it can be.  Thanks for coming out!

Wednesday Night Detention Run: 6pm Westmoreland/Grove. 6 miles. This week will be special because Karen's daughter Nina is graciously providing us with a water stop around mile 3.5!!! We don't want to disappoint her with only a few runners so come on out and join us!

Last long run before the ½ mary. This Sat, lets run the course, parking downtown

To start at 8th and Broad and finishing at the Omni (9th and Cary). Any takers?

Hey 2.0! Sounds great to me. Can we do this run also? If so, I can provide indoor pre-run warm-up bathrooms and meeting space, as my office is on this block, 730 E. Broad Street, Theater Row. The lobby could be ours to meet before the run. I can help direct ample parking, unless folks want to park near the Omni (plenty of free parking spaces at this time) and run/walk (warm-up... uphill) to the starting line, which is the best of both worlds because we get a warm-up and end at our cars!

hey, hey! dont you just love it when mother nature gets mad! let it rain! who's in the house? just like to run this by u 2.0 that ...the HMTT is also doing their 12 miler training run of the race route. as result, the way to the diamond and brook rd will have heavy runner's traffic saturday...  peace out, brother!

Hmmmm.... I forgot about the weather. If it's pouring, I may wait until Sunday for a long run... Nothing worse that a soggy, cold, miserable runner who is wearing glasses and has to see to dodge HMTT folks!
