My vote is Vitacourse at 7:30. For those of us who want more than 8 miles, we could trace some of the half route to get in 13. What say all?

It was a little hectic this morning downtown, and following the course one has to either park at the Omni and get uphill to the start, or park at 8th and Broad and then have to get uphill to the car from the Omni after the run. Neither option is fun.

I like 7:30 at the Vitacourse.
The regular Sunday run is happening at 7:30 from the vitacourse. Bruno suggested a route, which is 9.5 miles but can easily be shortened or lengthened. If you have any objections to the route, you can voice them at 7:30 tomorrow. Hope to see some peeps there!

IG (Anne, DeLacy, Katie, Max) ran 12 or so cold, wet, miserable miles Sat morning.

Great job EVERYONE! Perfect confidence booster. (if you ran in this, you could run in almost anything).

I believe we all are ready for 11/12/11. Next week, we dial it back to a maximum of 8 miles.

Good luck to the Marine Corps Marathoners tomorrow.

You are all STUDS! Ran 9 at 4 pm today and I thought that was brutal. Can't imagine running 12 in the conditions this morning. You are some tough mother pluckers! You will crush the half.
Good job Max and crew!
seening how nice today's weather is vs yesterday's, I am little more appreciative of putting the run in yesterday. didnt know you've sign up for the 1/2 mary! I will see u on race day...:-)

Sunday run - we had Bruno, Bert, Bob, Sara, Vance, Megan, and me running various distances. We all ran 9.5 together. Megan and Bob added on a few miles before the run and Bert, Sara, and I added on a few after the run. For Bruno and Vance, 9.5 was plenty, since they are running the NYC marathon next weekend - good luck!

We saw Kim, Rosie, and the oversleeping Lavertys out there, too!

Can you believe Me of all people over sleeping? Yes it's true. PC was up and out in plenty of time taking care of some animals. While my lazy butt stayed warm and cozy in the bed. We ran the Northside Route from the house. PC had to drag my old butt around the whole time. If this is how I'm going to feel this winter I'm in for a long one. We ran 12.66 miles.

Thanks All!  That was a cold one.
Here's a pic from the sag at Wednesday's detention run....
