-sept 24, 6p, 5k cross country, an end of the work week treat
-sept 25, maymont trail 8 miler, so is the xc 5k still on fri nite?
-rrrc picnic
-oct. 2 capitol 10 miler
-oct. 16, fall foliage festival bike ride, 3 major climbs in 50 miles ( "this is another fine mess, you've gotten me into....")

You might add the Maymont 8 miler on 9/25. We're also doing a practice run of the Capital 10 miler this Saturday.

2.0 and perry como are up for an early ride and rambo leads at 3p at wc.

Mon AM ride - PC, 2.0 and RR met out at the creek this morning. 2.0 and RR ran 6 and then rode 25. PC rode a bunch (more than we did), but don't know the distance.

It was BPG day at the last Squirrels game today. I saw 2.0, PC, Diallo, and I believe Rodney Gill. Great game especially since the Squirrels won.
