-special edition of detention run, 6p, grove and westmoreland
thurs:
-turkey trot, a fun 10k to burn off some calories before the stuffing.
-a time to give reflect and give thanks
fri:
-black friday, shop, shop, shop, well, at least the merchants hope so. now, how many days until xmas? better yet, how many days til the toy run? if you ain't racing, think about volunteering.
sat:
-bpg group runs, 7a.

The Turkey Troy BPG waterstop is just prior to mile 4 on Westhampton Way after College Rd. If you want to run before meet at 0700. all other volunteers should be there around 8 or 8:15. be sure to sign up as a volunteer just to make sure you get your grand pix points.

Due to the large number of BPGers at the water stop I have been recruited to help with the kids run and finish line duties. I will miss seeing you tomorrow. I am hoping to get out there Saturday if my leg calms down for nija warrior punnishment.

Detention Run report: Super Bod Rod, Keith, M. Wolfgang, Edwin, Tara, Charlene, Angel, Karen, Lee, Jamie, Brooke, Jess, and Jerzee Sara all came out to get in some miles. It turned out to be a great night for a run. Thanks everyone for coming out!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING to everyone in BPG! Please eats lots of turkey, stuffing ,pies and be thankful for a great group of BPGers around you. The best group in town. We wish we could join you at the Turket Trot tomorrow, but we will be in the city of the World Champions and the home of The Office.
