Katherine,
I come down Powhite to the park on Saturdays. Coming down Powhite, go through the toll plaza, and then stay on the right to get on the downtown expressway. Take the first exit (can't remember the name but it does say Byrd Park on the sign) and stay to the left. You'll merge in on Maplewood Ave and go for one full block (you'll pass in front of a school and go over some speed bumps). Maplewood ends at S Sheppard. Take a right on S Sheppard and go for a block. Sheppard merges with Blanton, just stay going in the same direction and then take the first left. The Vita course will be on the right, and the group meets about halfway down the block on the right. As Bruce said, a bunch of folks trying to stay warm will be the giveaway.
Haha.. Im filled with turkey and stuffing right now. I tried to get up this morning but my stomach wasnt having it. Oh congrads on the Anniversary. Also congrads to those who did the turkey trot.

Rosie we missed you this week. RR we look forward to your return when you are done with Ninja training. That is if Woo doesn't kill you first. Mad max time to crank it up if you're every going to destroy The Evil one. jessica we want you training at least 3 times a week to build up leg strength and endurance. Everyone rest up and enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Sunday run starts at 7:00. Everybody is welcome. Bring your own water: there are no SAGs, except maybe at Karen's house.

ninja warrior report:

mr reed, kato, k wrecks, k car, and mia, rambo, and old timer, doris jr plus. the menace continues to innovate and devastate on the ninja warrior circuit. remember, ninja warrior comes to the usa in dec on G4 (ray, go to G4 channel and watch ninja warrior). festivities today include running thru mud, puddles of water, during relay competition, core and extra ab work on wet turf and rope swinging, ray bleeding during a fall from the monkey bars. ray has used his time wisely to build up his conditioning during his return to running. k car has been working on her own, as she displayed better results, what up with that? kato continues to work around her shin issues, time to step it up, the menace will help. k wrecks joined us on a rehab stint, welcome to the house of pain. doris jr plus, what happened to you? who pooped on you? rambo, at long last, you have returned. keep it up.

meanwhile, the menace sent JD, evil jen and her brother, rasputin on 3 laps of a pumphouse rd hill circuit.

evidently, jessica did not get enough of a workout from her run, as she joined us for the last half of ninja warrior. most excellent. who else?

now, where was i? zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Great Workout!
