-valentine's day

all runs subject to change, if inclement weather kicks in.

-extra caution is in order, wear headlamps, reflective gear, when appropriate. exercise caution and be aware of your surroundings. also, watch your footing.

Tuesday night might be off this week, calling for a wintery mix that evening. Hopefully if won't happen, we will just have to see. Will keep you informed

Tuesday night run report- Wet, not too cold. GREAT JOB to Diallo "D", and Shamrock Jess for hangin in there tonight. Ran nice wet 4 + miles tonight. See ya next week

Detention Run tonight is going to be cancelled due to the snow...hopefully this will be the last of the awful weather!

It was "The BPG Goes to the Gym" at the southside Gold's this afternoon Thomas was burning up the treadmill on his lunch hour, as did the Joizee Girl and myself. Good workout everyone! Please let it stop snowing!!

The Tour De Fan will run the Southside loop with a spin this Saturday morning at 7:00.This will be the pre-valentines day run. It will total 7.5 miles filled with fun. Third time is a charm. Please see Ironkid to start.
