Group Runs, 7am

Easter

Long Run, TBA

Bike Ride, 9am

Wednesday Night Detention Run: 6pm Westmoreland/Grove. 6 miles. I'm out of town so I will not be at the run. I'm hoping someone will set up and lead. You all can use the following route if you'd like! Have fun!

Thursday Rivah Run... 6 am, Stratford Hills Shopping Center, corner of Forest Hill and Hathaway, 5, 6, and 7 mile options, depending on who shows up. Should be a beautiful morning. Can't wait to read the Detention Run report!!!

Rivah run report... Mike was there, along with Wednesday's Detention runners Edwin & Ned, as Edwin ran fast for 5 miles, and the rest of us ran 7, on a warm morning that cooled down after the run. Next week's Rivah run will include the Possum Challenge.

Detention Run Report: Summer must be just around the corner, because it was a little warm tonight. A small turnout this evening in attendence were Ned, Edwin,Angela, Ifred, Matt, Brooke, and Rod. Thanks to Sara for the route and thanks to Brooke for the pink copies of the route.

 Good turn out for the Libbie Loop this morning. Rod da Dad and Jersey Sara (still going), Edwin, Iron Johnny, Dan da man, Smarty Jonz, Bertis, Red Suck Brian, Ultra Ralph, Ivette, Red Snapper, Double R, Dimples, Diallo (OMG), Darin (double OMG), IFred, Brillo (new Nike Free), Anne (sore calf), Jimbo (the ageless one), Perry Como and 2.0. Everybody ran strong and looked great on this soggy morning.

Intermediate group George, De Lacey, James, Sabrina, I-Fred, Matt (welcome back), Katie (welcome), and Mad Max.

Distances varied between 3-11 miles.
