Monday:
Brrrrr, it was a cold weekend!
Tuesday:
Still thawing?
Too bad....
Wednesday:
Detention Run, 6pm
Thursday:
Rivah Run, 6am
BPG Bike Ride, 5:30pm at Westcreek or get there when you can. Raba leaves out of there at 5:30 and duie training teams starts at 6pm.
Friday:
Kick back, it's been a long and cold week.
Saturday:
BPG Group Runs, 7am
RRRC Banquet, 6pm for those attending.
BPG alternative activity
Also, if you are running Shamrock and have not signed up for a team, you still have time. Just contact the race director and ask to be added to a BPG team. We have a team for each race.

SUNDAY RUN-(There is a change in place and time)--8 AM---The Sunday run has moved to Starbucks near Huguenot Bridge until spring/summer. We also moved the time to 8 am. The main group will run 10 miles and there will be a shorter options of 6-7 miles because I hate cold weather and there is coffee waiting after the run.

Sat intermediate group had a cold and FOGGY run this AM with Gunny, George, James, DeLacey, Jen (or should I say Grace), Ameer (welcome) and Mad Max.
Everyone seems to be looking good prior to their respective runs.
