The last two years Red Snapper and I have been course marshals for the kids run, and at the last turn (RS) and the half-way point (B) oh mighty KFO & M. I'd like to be stationed at the same spot again. What say you Red Snapper?

Is there a web site that has maps of the Byrd Park running trails that includes distances? My wife and I are training for the Shamrock Half and would like to do some longer runs at Byrd Park but are not familiar with the courses/trails. Thanks - Frank

Wednesday Night Detention Run: 6pm Westmoreland/Grove. 6 and 7 mile options this week. Yes it is going to be cold-lacking some motivation to get out and run? Then come join us and run with great company!! Just dress warm! Reflective gear/lights are encouraged. See everyone there!

Detention Run Report: Smaller group on this rather chilly night. The following folks braved the cold: Hot Rod, Erin, Edwin, Kim, Wolfie, Brooke, Jerzee Sara, and Bob, who arrived late but met us at the end. It was a great run as always!!
**Take note: Next week the Detention Run will be taking a field trip and joining the Holiday Light run leaving from Savor. It starts at 6pm and there at 3 and 6 mile options. Come on out and join us there for a change of scenery and get in the holiday spirit!!!

Bundle up, put on the rudolph blinkies and come run by the rivah at 6am ....meet at Stratford Hills shopping center.
