Tuesday:

The NFL lockout needs to end!  I can't imagine the fall without NFL football.

 

Wednesday:

Detention Run, 6pm 

 

Thursday:

Rivah Run, 6am

Bike Ride, 6pm

 

Friday:

BPG Social Hour!

Q BBQ, 2077 Walmart Way, Midlothian, 6pm.  RSVPs are a must to guarantee seating with the group.  RSVP to I-Fred.  Thanks I-Fred for setting this up.

 

Saturday:

Group Runs, 6:30am

 

Sunday:

Long Run, TBA

Bike Ride, maybe not....

Rockett's Landing Triathlon & Duathlon - It's the Mid-Atlantic Championship for USA Tri.  Good luck to those who will be competing.  Let's go BPG!

I don't have compartment syndrome!  Yeah!!!!  But I do have morton's neuroma in my right foot.

Detention Run Report: Well well...it's one of the hottest runs we have had and more people show up! Great turnout tonight, for Erin's last run with us. We had Hot Rod, Wolfie, Matt, Edwin, Erin, Sarge, Angela, Bob, Randy, Jess and da boyz, and Jerzee Sara. It sure was hot and we were all very sweaty but had good run! Great job everyone! Good luck to Erin who will be moving to NC next week. We will miss you!

Thursday Rivah Run Report: Edwin, Jerzee Sara and Wolfie received special recognition for running both Detention and Rivah within 12 hours in the midst of a Tropical Heat Wave. This award did not include IV's for dehydration.

Good turnout on a crazy hot morning, upper 70's at the start. Wait a minute, last night's Detention was in the 90's... Nice cool early morning sunrise run as Edwin, Sara and Wolfie ran with newbie rivah Ralph, Andrew, Ned, Rock, Mike Levins and me. Most of us ran 5, except for Rock, Sara and Mike L, who ran 6. Next week we preparefor the Pony Pasture 5K. Good luck to Sara who's running a half in S.F. with her mom next weekend! It should be much cooler on the west coast.

A shout out to Shamrock Jess.  She is balancing her new twins, a work schedule, and is still fitting in training for the Dauber Dash and other events by running and pushing a double stroller!  Great job, and you are awesome ; ]

I will be doing a reverse brick again Sat.  6 mile run followed by 25 to 30 mile ride and I would love company! Hoping Tara will join the fun again.
