Tues AM Ride Report: Rachel and iFred did the traditional Riverside Loop at an easy pace.  11-28 tested and ready to roll.  Need fresh legs for something this weekend.
Dang, I always forget that you guys do a Tuesday bike ride.

ATTENTION: Wednesday Night Detention Run is here!! Westmoreland/Grove. 6 miles. Hopefully everyone will be happy to hear we are running Hillcrest this week!! I heard it's the heat keeping people away, but maybe everyone's love for hills will bring more people out to the run! :) As always, remember to bring hydration and a smile!

Yay!!  Hills!!!
Thursday Rivah Run: 6 AM, Stratford Hills Shopping Center. All are invited to a nice out and back to the mighty James. Come see an early morning sunrise on the rapids, where wildlife abounds, along scenic Riverside Drive.
Detention Run Report: The storm was kind enough to stop just in time for us to get in a good run! Tonight we had Hot Rod, Wolfie, Matt, Brooke, Ralph, Angela, and Jerzee Sara. The hills were fun and the temperature was cooler but that lovely humidity was out in full force. But overall it was a great run!

Rivah Run Report... Sub 70 degree, 90% humidity run this morning meant I couldn't wear my glasses, so I don't know who showed up or where we ran, but I ran somewhere for a while with some people...

I recongnized several voices including Morgan and his faithful companion Elaine, Edwin, Ned, Drew and Mike Levins to name a few. Morgan waylaid Mike, Ned and me on our return, and Drew was kind enough to stick around the shopping center to make sure we made it back safe and sound. Edwin wasn't so lucky, as he landed on the IR earlier in the run and dissapeard into the sunrise.

Intermediate group meeting 6:30 AM Sat

Distance TBD by turnout

Good luck to all BPG riders in the Fondo

Like Ralph said, Bring Hydration

Anne and I took off the other way, heading down Monument to the Omni.  We did a loop around Belle Island (loved the shade - had to dodge the puddles), and then back up Monument to the park.  Right about 11 miles.
