Colleen-Thank you for taking me along with you on this wonderful run through this morning! A beautiful 11 miles it was! Would Thursday morning work for you to meet at Robious Landing Park for an hour+ run? I need to run this by my husband (to watch the kids) but let me know if it would work for you too.  Anne :-)
Correction - Jeter goes 5 for 5 with the winning RBI!
Jeter?  Y'know, that kid just might do something one of these days.  Too bad he's a Yankee.
Thanks for the run guys. Today was my first day with the group and it was very enjoyable.  I look forward to many more Saturdays.
Have a great ride this weekend!  It should be fun!

Trail Run Saturday:  6:30 AM from Byrd Park Vita Course

Distance and route TBD.  Bring hydration!

Earlier I said to bring hydration and that is important, but it also looks like we may need to bring a towel as well. Although there is only a 40% chance of rain at 7 am tomorrow, the humidity is predicted to be at 100%.

OUCH!

Double ouch Ralph! :-) I plan to be there tomorrow unless it it raining really hard and/or t'storms.  Back-up plan is the 75 min spinning class at the gym though I hope to see you all.  :-) Anne
Sunday run tomorrow at 7.

Sunday BPG Run Report: Karen, Mike Levins, Ned, and I ran the Southside and back route. I had to take off my glasses because of the humidity, and am not sure where we ran and how far (The garmin said 7.46 miles at a 9:07 pace, with some walking in there)... but we made it back to Byrd Park. Yesterday Bruce said (I'm paraphrasing) that running in these conditions, conditions us to run. Well... we are now conditioned!
