Rivah Run, 6am

Bike Ride, 6pm

 

Friday:

Did we ever decide about a social hour?

Raymonda ships out for cycling camp.

 

Saturday:

Group Runs, 6:30am

Smarting Jonz Division, 7am

UFC Nite - Katie Navy is in charge.

 

Sunday:

Bike Ride, 7am

Long Run, TBD

I Love the Tavern Triathlon - Let's see how Sara feels about that afterwards.

I just realized why that biker guy I see couple times a week on MacArthur looks so familiar. It's Fred, having completed a 20 mile ride, while I am embarking on my 5 mile commute.

Thursday Rivah Run: 6AM, Stratford Hills Shopping Center. All are invited.Looks like we won't be seeing Casper any time soon:-( but at least school's out:-)!

Intermediate group meeting 6:30 Sat AM

Distance 5-8 miles depending on who shows

Intermediate run 5-7 miles. DeLacey, Katie, Rosie, Catherine, George and Max started off and met some of the Libbie loopers at the halfway point for a little social (thanks Casper for being the 2 wheeled BPG SAG wagon). Kim R, Angel joined us on the way back to the park.

Detention Run Report: Larger turnout tonight then last week! Tonight we had Hot Rod, Wolfie, Bob, Matt, Holly, Sarge, Ralph, Brooke, Angela, Devin, and Jerzee Sara. Shamrock Jess and the boys were out too. It was hot but we had a nice run. Thanks everyone for coming!

Missing the detention run!  Luckily I have found a great trail and have been running in the mornings (get to start work later out here).  Plan on being back in Richmond this weekend and hope to join you all for the Libbie loop on Saturday!

Thursday Rivah Run report: I believe it has cooled down since we ran this morning at 6! Ned's back from NYC, and ran 6 with M&M, Sara and me. No wildlife sightings today, although it looked like some critters had enjoyed a taco feast on the Pony Pasture trails.

Fri AM Ride Report: Keith and Kirstin joined iFred and the Johnny Mac Missile for 23 miles or more of hills this morning.  Highlights or lowlights, depending on ones perspective, were Summerhurst and Old Gun West.  Hope this means Keith and Kirstin will be joining the BPG contingent at the Gran Fondo.
