Sunshine and 70 degrees makes my thoughts turn to sitting on my deck and drinking a beer! Well, OK, maybe going for an easy 5 mile run THEN sitting on my deck and drinking a beer...

Dear Negs:  Chill One For Me!!!  A wrong turn off of the Cap-2-Cap route may find us running to Hooterville...
