Hey all,

This is going to be my first 4th of July in Richmond, and the deal I made with me wife is that we would stay local, I could run the 5k, as long as we went somewhere so that she could watch some awesome fireworks.

So I need you fellow Richmond runners to tell me where I should take her please.

With the Braves being gone I can not recommend fireworks, but since July 4th is International Drive Your Studebaker Day, that is what I will be doing....

You may want to try Dogwood Dell. Its located next to Byrd Park. The Diamond was pretty Awesome but Im not sure if there doing it this year.

Kings Dominion does fireworks, too. Are you running the Patriot?

Also fireworks in Powhatan - Flatrock by Fire Dept. 1st time event.
