Looking for a relay team member for Colonial200
Hi runners-
I'm the captain of a team for the Colonial200 (200 mile relay race that goes from Charlottesville to Williamsburg). We had 6 members on our team, but one member has had to back out, which means we're looking for another teammate. The race is from September 28th-29th.
We're pretty laid back, mix of men and women ranging in age from 20's to 50's, and in pace from 7:30-9:30 min/mi 10k pace. Since we're a 6-person team you'd want to be prepared to run between 25 and 40 miles over the course of the race. This might be the opportunity for you if you just thought, "sounds awful, where do I sign up?" Let me know if you're interested!
