Planning to do it, will be my first 10K. Just did my first 5K a couple weeks ago, so should be interesting!

Tonya, You might want to wait for the Sportsbackers YMCA 10k Training Team to open up and go to an orientation session and sign up for both. The training team is a great way to get in shape for this race - and it is great fun.

The training team registration is already open and you can do it in-line with the on-line registration, the cost is $50 and includes the 10K
