Movin' & Groovin' 5K & 2 Mile, Saturday, August 25
Same day as the Patrick Henry Half. If you're not planning to run a half-marathon, consider this alternative. Course is half roads, half trails through Dorey Park in Varina.
Registration is $20 through Saturday, August 11th and $25 after, including race day.

it's that time of year again. mike is putting on a race for this worthy cause once again. the menace will be in attendance to help. the call goes out to bpg to volunteer or race.

bpg will be in the house. the menace, 2.00, perry como, swamp, and two newbies, jaymie and leah will be at the race. still working on finding a lead mountain bike for the race.

Online registration is now closed. Walkup registration is available on Friday, August 24th from 5 - 7 PM at the Dorey Park Recreation Center and on race day beginning at 7AM at Dorey Park.
