Summer track starts at 6 tonight. Run em hard or take it easy, come on out and run some laps with us.

Anyone know where we can find our time for these races?

last year they were getting posted on milestat.com, but never on here for whatever reason.

Rena, I'm sure someone will respond to your question.  I'm not sure who collects the results.  Gary Leader? 

 

Thanks to the volunteers for another nice track meet.  And thanks to the Road Runner (Tom Suddeth) for their continued support.   I wish we could get a few more of the road runners out to the meets.  These meets are a lot fun and a great workout.  Without our support they won't last long.

I'll be there tonight - last year I missed the series while doing a tour in Iraq.  I would like to run in the 4x1600 relay and I wouldn't even mind running it with one other person to alternate legs to do two 1600's.  I have been working on getting some of my track team out to these events (I coach at Powhatan High) - as Manny said they are great workouts.
