The weather has cooled off and we are at meet 3 of 7 so come on out and run some laps with us. Meet starts at 6:30 at Sportsbackers. Events are 3000 Meters, 400 Meter, 4 x 400 Meter Relay, PYT Mile.

Thanks for posting results.  Are we doing ok with volunteers for the series?

Pete- Sadly, we have plenty of volunteers, as the event is not that big these days.  We rarely have more than 50-75 runners plus another 25-50 in the stands.

(Given that it is a no cost/no pressure event, I was hoping we would have a greater turn out!)

I would love to see more people too. Especially those my age. Guess they're afraid to lose to an old man, or don't want to see me cry?
