The Tuesday Nite Workout group alternates between hill repeats, track intervals and trails.  This Tuesday Nite in track nite!  We'll meet at the St. Christopher's School track to go out for our warm-up jog.  We'll return to the track for the workout posted below or what you personally have planned.  You are welcomed to join us.  This is a track workout and everyone runs at their own given paces.  The group is diverse, with everything from speed-merchants to my Grandmother (with Nigel right behind her).  So bring a bottle of water and come on out!

Directions: Take Maple Ave south from Patterson Ave (at Pizza Hut), then take the 2nd right into the small parking area and walk up to the stadium/track.

The proposed workout:

2 sets of: 1200m (three laps)/recover/1200m/recover/1200m/water

Then a 5-10 minute cool-down jog around the outer lanes of the track

Disclaimer:  We have been known to get to the track and make an executive decision to convert to a tempo run or whatever.  Thus, if you get there late we may be gone.  PLEASE call me by 4:30pm on Tuesday if you're gonna arrive late.  I'll insure that there is no change of plans.
