Supporting running in the metro Richmond area
This week's Tuesday Nite Workout will be MCV hill repeats. These multiple runs up a short/tough hill, with the intended result being to develop quad strength!!! Run 'em hard or easy, but just run 'em!!! If you can run 10:00 per mile or better and want to run at an even pace up and down hills, then YOU NEED THESE!!! Each runner does the hill at their own pace, with the group getting back together at the top to run the recovery loop together and do it again!
We meet in front of the Gateway Building on Marshall (see 1st attachment) to begin running at 5:30pm.
If you get there late and don't know the route, please do not leave. We pass by Gateway on each recovery loop, and you can then jump in with us.

Well i am carrying the brolly!!! & as i have done my ankle in i just cant carry that much beer ha ha, be back out there when i'm repaired!!
