Tuesday Nite Workout!!! Captain's Choice Trail Nite!!!
This week's Tuesday Nite Workout will be a Trail Run!!! Yippee!!! We expect to have both Michael George and Nigel Bavin there at the same time, thus eliminating the suspicion that these two superheros are one in the same!!!
The run starts at 5:30pm from the gravel parking area between Dogwood Dell and the dog park (Barker Field). Trail shoes ARE NOT needed. There are porta-potties along the course. There is one water fountain on the route. Those coming out should carry water if they'd like more.
Captain's Choice: We don't know who the Captain will be, nor do we know the route that the Captain will choose for us take us. However, this we know: The run will be for about 7-8 miles, and take in any of Buttermilk Trail, NorthBank Trail, Belle Isle, Texas Beach Trail.
If you can run a 9:30 or better road pace and have a bit of trail running experience, then come on out!!!

Apparently sightings of these two specimens together are as rare as seeing BIG FOOT...........they were last seen in the Trails of Forest Hills and we all know what happened there..................................but tonight may be the night!!
