This Tuesday Nite we will be doing hill repeats around the MCV campus (the .2 mile hill adjacent to I-95). The workout starts from in front of MCV's Gateway Building (see attached) at 5:30pm. We do a warm-up back and forth over the MLK Bridge, and then do the repeats up the hill, with each repeat followed by a recovery jog.
If you get to Gateway after we left, just stay there. We swing by there after the warm-up and following each repeat.
This is a great strength building wrkout. To benefit from it, it is suggested that you have 2-3 years of steady running experience and can hold a 9:30 or better per-mile pace.
A couple things will likely take place this Tuesday Nite: Sir Nigel will probably be there representing the Motherland (mother to nations throughout the world). And much to our dismay, word has it that Michael Gorge will not be there. Go figure.
